Hi Kate, I love the ganseys and sweaters and fancy having a go at something not too complicated-preferably in the Lancs double knitting rather than the aran thickness-any suggestions?
I've just seen one of these in a farm shop at Carnforth, I would like to know if the pattern is an actual one based on historical findings or one that has been created for Morecambe now.
So sorry,I'm not great with technology & seem to have missed your message.Yes I can knit a jumper like the Morecambe Bay Shrimpers Gansey that they have at The Platform Gallery to fit 42" chest ....... if you are still interested!
